Country Restrictions

TradeEval Pro is a simulated prop-trading evaluation platform. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or real-money trading platform. All trading uses virtual funds in a simulated environment.
1. Geographic Restrictions
TradeEval Pro implements country-based restrictions for regulatory compliance. Users from restricted countries are not permitted to register or use the platform.
The list of restricted countries is configurable and may be updated at any time. Users are checked against this list during registration and reward approval.
2. VPN/Proxy Detection
The platform includes VPN/proxy detection placeholders to identify users attempting to bypass geographic restrictions.
Users detected using VPNs or proxies from restricted countries may have their accounts suspended.
3. Platform-Specific Restrictions
MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and cTrader are not available to USA-flagged users in the demo.
Match-Trader is available to Regular and USA-flagged users.
Tradovate, NinjaTrader, and TradingView are available for Futures programs.
4. Appeal Process
If you believe your country has been incorrectly restricted, you may contact support with documentation proving your jurisdiction.
Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
