1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeEval Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

TradeEval Pro is a simulated prop-trading evaluation platform. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, asset manager, or real-money trading platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

All trading accounts on this platform are simulated accounts using virtual capital. No orders are sent to real markets, exchanges, or liquidity providers.

The fee paid by users is an access fee for an evaluation/simulation product, not a deposit, investment, or managed fund.

Performance rewards are program rewards, not investment returns, dividends, or profits from real market trading.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Users from restricted countries, including North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, Iran, and Russia, are not permitted to use this platform.

Each user may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.

4. Evaluation Programs

TradeEval Pro offers CFD and Futures evaluation programs with configurable rules including profit targets, daily loss limits, and maximum drawdown.

Users who pass evaluations receive funded simulated accounts. Funded accounts remain part of the simulated environment.

The platform reserves the right to modify program rules, pricing, and availability at any time. Users in active evaluations will be notified of material changes.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must not engage in prohibited trading practices as described in the Prohibited Trading Rules.

You must not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform's systems or simulated trading engine.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on TradeEval Pro are the property of the platform operator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without authorization.

TradeEval Pro does not use the brand, logo, UI, copy, or proprietary assets of any existing prop firm.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeEval Pro is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. The platform does not guarantee specific outcomes from evaluations.

The platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Termination

The platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
