TradeEval Pro is a simulated trading environment. All accounts use virtual funds. No real market execution occurs.
Trades are executed against simulated market data or demo price feeds. No orders are sent to real liquidity providers, exchanges, or brokers.
The platform is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or real-money trading platform.
2. No Real Money at Risk
You cannot deposit, invest, or withdraw real money from trading accounts. All balances are virtual.
The access fee paid for evaluation programs is a product access fee, not a deposit, investment, or managed capital.
Performance rewards are program rewards paid by the platform, not returns from real market trading.
3. No Investment Advice
TradeEval Pro does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
All trading decisions made in the simulated environment are your own. The platform does not endorse any trading strategy.
4. Simulated Market Data
Market data used in the simulated environment may be replay data, randomized synthetic data, or third-party demo feeds.
Simulated prices may not reflect real market conditions. Trading performance in the simulated environment is not indicative of real-world trading results.
5. Evaluation Outcomes
Passing or failing an evaluation does not guarantee any real-world trading outcome or financial return.
The platform reserves the right to deny, revoke, or modify evaluation results based on rule violations, fraud, or system errors.
6. Technical Risks
The platform may experience downtime, latency, or technical issues. The platform is not liable for losses in the simulated environment caused by technical failures.
Simulated trading results may be affected by system updates, maintenance, or data feed disruptions.
