Payout Policy

Last updated: October 2026

TradeEval Pro is a simulated prop-trading evaluation platform. It is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or real-money trading platform. All trading uses virtual funds in a simulated environment.

1. Reward Eligibility

Performance rewards are available to users with funded simulated accounts who meet the eligibility criteria.

Eligibility requires: account is in funded status, positive simulated profit, minimum trading days completed, consistency rule met (if applicable), and KYC approval.

Reward amount is calculated as: eligible_simulated_profit x reward_share_percentage.

2. Reward Request Process

Users submit reward requests from the dashboard. The system runs automated checks for eligibility, rule compliance, minimum trading days, consistency, open positions, KYC status, fraud, and country eligibility.

Admin reviews and approves, rejects, or holds the request with audit reasons.

On approval, the system records a reward transaction in the immutable reward ledger.

3. Processing Time

For demo purposes, we show a configurable 24-hour reward processing SLA.

If the SLA is missed, a configurable $1,000 bonus rule may apply. This is clearly labeled as a demo/business rule, not a legal guarantee.

Rewards are simulated and do not involve real money movement.

4. Payout Methods

For the demo, reward payouts are simulated through bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or wallet methods.

No real money is transferred. Payout methods are demonstrated for workflow purposes only.

Users select their preferred payout method when submitting a reward request.

5. Reward Statuses

Draft: Request is being prepared but not yet submitted.

Requested: Request has been submitted and is awaiting review.

Under Review: Admin is reviewing the request.

Approved: Request has been approved and is being processed.

Rejected: Request has been denied with a reason.

Paid: Reward has been recorded in the ledger as paid.

Cancelled: Request has been cancelled by the user.

On Hold: Request is pending additional information or review.

6. Manual Adjustments

Admins may make manual adjustments to the reward ledger with a mandatory reason and approver identity.

All adjustments are recorded in the immutable audit log.
